A touch of patience goes a long way.

We are human too, and technology has not advanced enough to have computers built into our bodies to reply instantaneously. Give us a window of 48 hours to react to your curiosity. =)

All items sold are legitimate, quality assured & in mint condition (unless stated otherwise)

All items are picked by hand, from the heart, spurt of the moment with loadsa love.
Postage fees are S$1.50 for normal mail, S$2.50 for registered. From a moment junkie to another, meetups are highly recommended =)
Orders from other lands will gladly be entertained, do drop us a mail for detailed postage.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged mail. Perfect prevention, is to do meetups!!
Do pick items with care and check through the measurements given, as we are unable to make any exchanges for size, material or colour issues as items are very limited in "Sharing Quantity".
We appreciate personal moments with our loved ones, hence all concerns are to be sent to our email address provided. grrls.folio@gmail.com Allow 24hrs for reply.
Grrls are prompted to make speedy payments and to alert us as soon as transfers are made. Payments are expected within 24hrs from the time you agree to share moments with us. Failing to do so may result in other keen sharers taking your slot.
Maximum holding period for arrived items is 7days, after which, moments will be deemed ours =)
